PARK NOOK FARM PRODUCE

Sales are from the farm gate stall honesty box, as well as the monthly Yarra Valley Farmers Market at Punt Road Wines in Yering.

All produce and flowers are seasonal, paddock grown, using organic principles.
Blemishes and spots are natural.

Lemon varieties are:

Meyer – thin skinned, bright yellow, not tart. They crop through winter.
Eureka – bigger, pale yellow, thick skinned, quite tart. They crop through summer.
Thornless – pale yellow, slightly larger, like Eureka. They crop throughout the year.
Tahitian Limes – bright green inside and out, smaller than lemons. They crop May- July.

Cordial – handmade, small batch. Fabulous with soda water or warmed for sore throats!
